Bolivia: the NO country

NO seatbelts; NO crash helmets; NO M.O.T; NO exhaust emission regulation; NO tyre tread; NO reason to stop at red traffic lights; NO pavement repairs; NO health and safety concerns; NO political correctness, NO bus-stops (just flag one down and then shout when you want to get off); NO safe tap water to drink; NO age restriction for begging — the young and the old are equally welcome; NO no-smoking policy in cafes and bars; NO no-go areas for gringos; NO end of people trying to sell you stuff you don’t want (so they can buy the things that they need); NO limit to the amount of people you can fit on a motorbike;  NO gas (bottles) when you need them, No electricity when there's a power cut  — but if you were to ask me if I was having a good time, I would have to answer — emphatically YES.
