Not to be confused with the popular girlie doll, Klaus Altmann — AKA Klaus Barbie, or more affectionately — The Butcher of Lyon, lived in this house on España in Cochabamba. Ironically (and I do like a bit of irony) the electrified barbed wire is to deter unorthodox entry rather than to prevent escape.
